Q. What happens to our WEEE.
A. Your WEEE is collected & transferred to our storage facility for incidental sorting, once your WEEE has been categorized it is then distributed to several different waste streams for reuse, recycle or recovery.

Q. What happens to our confidential waste.
A. Your confidential waste is collected & taken without delay to be destructed. Each consignment is transferred to a high security operation where shredding takes place under strict supervision., Certificates of Destruction are issued once the process is completed. All destruction is carried out to conform to British Security Industry Association requirements.

Q. What happens to our general waste from our shop / office clearance.
A. Your waste is collected & sorted into various waste steams, plastic, glass, metal, paper, cardboard etc. It is then sent for recycling,

Q. Are you licensed.
A. Yes we are licensed by the Environment Agency.

Q. What about insurance.
A. We are insured for £10,000,000 Employers liability insurance & £5,000,000 public liability.

Q. What if our waste is on the tenth floor of our office block.
A. Not a problem as long as you let us know in advance & we will send our vehicle with a two man team.

Q. We have items larger then 25kgs, will you collect them
A. Yes of course we will as long as you let us know in advance so we can send you the correct vehicle & lifting equipment to facilitate removal.

Q. Our waste items need to be dismantled prior to removal as we have limited access.
A. Not a problem, as above just let us know in advance so we can organise the necessary labour, risk assessment & method statement.

Q. What is the most you can take in one visit.
A. Our vans have a carrying capacity of 1.5t, larger vehicles can be made available with prior notice.

Q. We have a large amount of waste & no fork lift to facilitate loading would this be a problem.
A. Not at all just let us know in advance & we will sort it.

Q We have only pedestrian access with a car park over 300 yards away will you still collect.
A. You have just described probably 40% of our collections, yes not a problem just let us know. If it can be done we will do it.
